Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft Copilot is the only tool of its kind that works inside PowerPoint rather than exporting to it. It can build a deck from a Word document, restructure an existing presentation, rewrite individual slides and summarise a long deck into a short one, all without leaving the application. For organisations already on Microsoft 365 with content living in SharePoint and OneDrive, that context is the differentiator — it can draw on documents you already have. Output quality is solid rather than exceptional, and design polish trails the dedicated presentation tools, but nothing else removes the export step.
